01 Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using GrowSig's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

02 Our Services

GrowSig provides live, 1-on-1 online trading education and mentorship programs delivered by professional analysts. Our services include:

• Personalised online trading education sessions
• 1-on-1 video call mentorship with senior analysts
• Live trade review and strategy sessions
• Access to our analyst community and resources

All sessions are conducted fully online via agreed video conferencing platforms.

03 Important Risk Disclaimer

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. If in doubt, consult a licensed financial advisor before trading.

04 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited

05 Payments & Refunds

Program fees are agreed individually upon enrollment. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated by our team before any charge is made.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied within the first session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session. Refund requests after this window are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. GrowSig is not responsible for currency conversion costs or bank fees.

06 Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of GrowSig's programs — including strategies, materials, recordings, and methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of GrowSig. You may not:

• Record, reproduce, or redistribute any session content without written consent
• Share program materials with third parties
• Use GrowSig's content for commercial purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your program without refund.

07 Acceptable Use

When using our services you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our analysts or staff
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these standards.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowSig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any trading decisions you make.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the three months prior to the event.

09 Cancellation & Scheduling

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be counted as a completed session at GrowSig's discretion.

Our analysts will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests within their availability.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
